SELF CARE SHARE - THE PAMURAI'S POSTURE PRACTICE - YOGA ADJACENT
Herein I would like to provide three different sessions with differnet puproses.
SELF CARE SHARE is meant to be a short, easy going, and somewhat adhoc daily practice of things we know are good for us and sometimes don't do enough - movement and meditation.
THE PAMURAI'S POSTURE PRACTICE will be a regular class of alignment improvement exercises focused on improving our ability to swing sticks and swords.
YOGA ADJACENT (a Yoga Tune Up® class) will be a class focused on the techinques of Yoga Tune Up®. I took certification in this last year and really need to practice teaching it and build my confidence with the material. The two week intensive was great, but I did the sword arts for 5 years before I started teaching it.
